Mini-Company Training
On November 6, 2019, trainees had the opportunity to understand how to lead a team in order to achieve the best in each member, to understand how to coach teams and to understand how to motivate people. A productive and motivated team!
SMED Training
On October 09, the SMED training took place. Trainees had the opportunity to understand the tools needed for maximum setup optimization. They went from a setup time of 15 minutes to 45 seconds. Congratulations!!
12th session of the Lean Services Groups
On September 19, 2019, the Lean Services Groups took place in Lisbon. In the first part, participants had the opportunity to hear a case study on the theme "Implementing Lean Practices in a Laboratory" presented by EDP Labelec. Problem Solving Training
On August 5, 2019, the Training Troubleshooting took place. Trainees had the opportunity to learn how to structure and turn problems into opportunities.
Logistic Train Training
On July 17, 2019, the Logistic Train training took place. Trainees had the opportunity to learn the various solutions available as well as design a logistic train for a real line.

On July 29th the Concepts Lean training took place. Trainees had the opportunity to understand the basics of Lean and to understand the Lean path.
