On September 19, 2019, the Lean Services Groups took place in Lisbon. In the first part, participants had the opportunity to hear a case study on the theme “Implementing Lean Practices in a Laboratory” presented by EDP Labelec. In the second part there was the usual discussion in smaller groups to share knowledge. Thank you EDP Labelec for the presentation of the case study.
