On March 27, 2019, the Lean Services Groups took place in Lisbon. In the first part, the participants had the opportunity to hear a practical case on the topic “The Volunteering of Competencies at EDP LeanSchool & IPSS” presented by EDP. In the second part, the usual discussion was held in smaller groups, to share knowledge.
