On November 30, 2018, the Lean Services Groups took place in Lisbon. In the first part, the participants had the opportunity to hear two practical cases, on the theme “Philosophy Lean in a school environment” presented by the Epis Association and on the lean implementation in a product development office presented by 4Lean.
