On July 17, 2019, the Logistic Train training took place. Trainees had the opportunity to learn the various solutions available as well as design a logistic train for a real line.

On July 29th the Concepts Lean training took place. Trainees had the opportunity to understand the basics of Lean and to understand the Lean path.

On July 8, 2019, it was made the new training concept, Quick Gemba Training - Make to order (MTO). The trainees had the opportunity to learn several concepts and paradigms about make to order (MTO).
